Very friendly staff, affordable and comfortable.
The room and lobby smelled like sewage. There were stains on the walls and paint peeling from the ceiling.

The location was phenomenal! Downtown Brooklyn with the train station right across the street. The staff was warm and welcoming. They answered my questions assertively and made me feel appreciated as a guest. My room was serviced every time I left for the day. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for everything!
The sink was awkward because of the splash but not a huge dealbreaker.

The property was walking distance to the Barclays Center
The AC in my floor was out. The hotel said I had to go through Booking.com to receive compensation which hasn’t been the easiest. I spent close to $300 for a night and they gave me $50 credit back. When you have one day off a week and drive 4 hours to get to the city to go to a concert the air isn’t working the couple across from me had their door open all night. Granted they weren’t making noise after 12 but it wasn’t enjoyable.
