    Our family of 4 landed in Tokyo and this was easy to get to via the train (although NRT is a long way out so it is an hour trip). We spent two nights here as we overcame jet lag and used a day to go explore the city with this as homebase. The neighborhood and hotel are very quiet. The staff were helpful. The only downside is the check-in process was very tedious. Scanning passports and entering info on a touch screen. I would have thought most of this was already in the system from our reservation. The scanner couldn't read 2 of the 4 passports so we needed to have copies made. Overall it was a small inconvenience at the end of a long day of travel so it probably felt bigger than it really was.

    The hotel is not located in the city center; you'll need to take a train if you want to go shopping nearby. There's a food street right next to the hotel, making dining very convenient. But overall it is value of money
