It was very clean and convenient with easy acsess to both building and room. The only thing that was a bit hard was the lift of one big suitcase up the stairs. Would definitely recommend.

Self service so expected some instructions - couldnt get tv to work. Coffee, tea n sugar provided - no milk. Kettle supplied on shelf - no plug nearby. Low light - difficult to read. However good location, warn and clean - also cheap. :)

Although nothing the owners fault, they party next-door was very loud.I would think this was an infrequent issue. This would not stop me from staying here again

The place had an awful smell throughout the whole house. We stayed ontop and the smell was even worse. It was so cold that night that we slept with the windows open just because the smell was so terrible. There was no way to contact the people in charge to ask if we could stay in a late check out because check out was 10am and we were going on a cruise at 1pm and we didnt know what to do or where to go and we had to leave at 10am.

This is a very basic stay is nice enough but has tea and coffee facilities with no milk ..shared bathroom and communal areas which were clean but would prefer en suite .

Small renovated row house in suburbs No air conditioning . Room was way too hot in direct sunlight (June). Double glazed windows kept the road noise out when closed but had to be opened for even minimal ventilation. Property clean and very basic. Some way from cruise terminal and town attractions . Incredibly pricy compared to full service business hotels in town center.

Stayed here for 4 nights recently while a family member was in hospital. Walking distance from the hospital about 40 mins and 20 mins to west quay with bus stops outside the property. Was able to check in earlier and out a little bit later free of charge from Monica who was very understanding about my situation. The room was lovely with a private bathroom, clean towels and bedding, teas and coffees available in the room. The only small issue i had was being by the front door and other guests slamming it as they came in. Other than that the place was a great little base for me to stay!

Stayed for a total of 4 weeks, very comfortable stay with everything you need to live. Good resources available and plenty of public transport options just outside the door to get around the city but not far from train station and city centre.

My luxury room was great value. Very very clean with a modern en-suite shower. Piping hot water. Incredibly quiet. Very comfortable bed. Good TV. Excellent wi-fi. Would definitely stay here again

Room had everything a person needs for a short stay, the house was quiet and it was close to all amenities.They also let me check in 3 hours early which was very helpful indeed. My room had everything in it I needed and was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and all new furnishings. The kitchen was amazing and there is also the use of the leafy rear garden. Monica the owner, was very precise in her instructions to self-check in and really takes pride in the house and makes sure all the guests are happy. The whole house smelt fresh and clean and was serviced every day. I will stay here again on my next visit as it was so much nicer than a hotel and is only 20 mins walk to the town and less to the central station.

It was a very clean room. The building was somehow old but nice. It had a shared kitchen. We didn't use it but it seemed nice, too. Although it didn't mention that it had parking, the hostess told us to park in the driveway, which was super convenient. Everthing was great, except the bathroom, which had a blocked drainage, and we had so much trouble to find a way to unblock it.
