The property is very clean and in a quiet location. Great customer service. Breakfast has a lot of options. The rooms are a good size. We shall definitely be back.

Parking was easy and secure. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and kept stocked up with items.

Pros: Check in with front desk was fast and friendly. Room was very clean, hot water no problem, channel info wasn't working so you had to go to the guide to see what exactly was on each channel, bed was comfortable, Coffee in lobby was good. Cons: Daily parking fee!! Yikes!! No access to bottled water in room or drinking water in hallway was disappointing. Hotel doors slamming all night, wifi was terrible (couldn't even text a picture), carpet in hallway and near elevator was dirty in the AM, breakfast was pretty limited and blah.

Sheets and Towel quality was poor. Breakfast was nowhere close to Hampton standards. Feels like the property is Home2suites and is just selling the same room under Hampton brand name

1. Multiple outlets were not working in the room. 2. There was only one working elevator. The second elevator was out of order. On Saturday, the working elevator would not open to the ground floor. Passengers would need to exit on the 2nd floor, walk down the stairs, in order to get to the ground level. On Saturday and Sunday, there were lines to get an elevator ride. It was a busy weekend and only one working elevator! There were no signs or notifications from the hotel staff to inform the hotel guests of the elevator dilemma.

Breakfast food was ok. Cold options better than hot options. Bed was comfortable but pillows were flat. Stayed 4 nights and room was only refreshed once. Ran out of toilet paper and towels.

As everyone says, this place, in spite of the mushy beds and unnecessary $20/day parking fee (that isn’t shown on the Expedia price, deceptively hidden) and breakfast that ends — conviently for them at 9am, this place is still excellent. Well designed, quiet, not fancy but perfectly adequate for the businessperson it looks to have been built for.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the property. Rooms were clean, new, and functional. It never felt crowded. Staff at front desk was helpful. but calls were not answered. Our TV kept shutting off every like 2 min. due to a faulty room key? My girls enjoyed their time at the hotel pool. The continental breakfast was generously stocked with delicious items for everyone, even picky eaters. The room was quiet except on Sat. morning, it was garbage pick up day at 7am apparently. I really liked the scent of the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided in the eco friendly large bottles in the rr. Restaurants were close by such as Panera and McDonalds, Starbucks, ect.

An alarm went off in our room and it took about an hour for them to send someone up to fix the alarm. They wouldn’t answer the front desk phone had to go downstairs to speak to someone and 30-45 mins later I called again was put on hold for about 10 mins all this before someone showed up to fix it. When we arrived we go stuck in the elevator with another guest and it took them a while to pick up the help line. We got the room with hotels.com for $219 and were charged $270 when we arrived. We didn’t have time to go elsewhere so we paid the extra charge still have not received a receipt for our stay from them. Never had a problem with a Hilton branch before so this was a bit annoying.

Stay was excellent. Fitness center was clean. Towel and water a plus. Breakfast was great every morning however, I dont understand why Hampton guests don't have access to the dining atea for Homewood suites. Everything else is shared and the food offerings are the same.

This was a very nice hotel and we would have enjoyed staying here longer, if possible. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the amenities are very nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was decent, but not great. The room was very quiet, even though the hotel is situated right next to a major highway. The price is a little high for an overnight stay but is probably about average these days for a hotel of this caliber. It was kind of sad that we were charged an extra $20.00 just to park overnight. Not sure if that's normal or not. Overall, we give this hotel a thumbs up.
