The front desk Ken put me on the first floor which I told him I don’t favor first floor but he insisted even he have rooms in others floors so I have to except to stay on the first floor, my room is great but I don’t like so much the shower 🚿 like last time they don’t have shower handle & the house keeping gave me an attitude I don’t like to mention name because I don’t want her to loose her job she is terrible 😞 I even didn’t request room service I just asked clean towels & shampoo she gave me unfriendly stare I am not a complainer I stay in this hotel so many times because their services is excellent but this time I don’t feel this way

Comfortable stay near a major freeway and many shopping plazas

The location is perfect, right by a major freeway and next to many restaurants, fast food places, and shopping plazas. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds. There was always parking available except for one night (weekend). I parked across the street w/o any probs.

The internet was one of the worse I've seen! It kept logging you out and it was slow! The jacuzzi and gym were in the basement w/ no natural light. The shower door (room 330) kept sliding open causing water to drip out. Plus, the water in the shower drain wasn't draining evenly and so one side would keep the dirty water stagnant.

I really like this hotel and I will come here again.

I was really impressed with the location. It was right in between the two families I was visiting and super convenient with the freeway. I was very impressed for a comfort in that. It was so nice.

It had the worst Internet that I could possibly remember anywhere. When you could finally get connected to the Internet using the password, it would throw you off, and I was very frustrated with it. You would not think that that would be the case and a beautiful hotel that’s in Orange County.

Felt like we were dumped in the worst room every time, a far cry from past stays.

The staff were kind, attentive, and professional. They greeted us warmly, handled our requests promptly, and did their best to make our stay comfortable despite the poor room we were given. Their service was the one bright spot of our experience.

Booking.com always sticks us in the worst rooms: basement level, spare, or disabled access rooms in the worst locations. A few years ago we got decent rooms, now it feels like we’re being dumped wherever no one else wants to stay.

Cleanness, breakfast .fruit quality The hotel management has taken several cost-cutting measures, such as removing cheese from breakfast and lowering the quality of fruits. The fruits provided are usually the smallest size and lowest quality, typically limited to apples, oranges, and bananas—and often one or two of these are missing. Imagine that even cheese, which used to be a key part of breakfast, has been eliminated. When I spoke with the hotel management, they told me this was a Best Western policy. However, when I contacted Best Western Customer Service, they confirmed that such decisions are made by the hotel management itself—which makes sense, as I did not see the same issues in other Best Western hotels. I should also mention that I hold the highest membership tier with Best Western

Room interior appears more recently updated; garage parking available; there was access to balconies for our pets

Hotel was decent and is in a good location .

Location, close to fwy, close to restaurants & stores, free parking, breakfast included, staff was very kind & pleasant especially the breakfast staff.

Shower door would not close and was not flushed against wall. The door kept sliding open, had to use a towel to wedge it between glass doors to keep close. And since door was not flush, shower water would leak out. Pillows were too soft, no firmness to them.

Disappointing.

The hotel appeared well maintained but didn't stay to be able to experience the lounge, pool, or other amenities.

The room was stuffy and smelled of sewage. When I called the front desk, they sent someone to check it out. The maintenance person came, acknowledged the smell, then left with the notion he would come back to rectify the situation. He never returned. Called the front desk again and asked to be moved. I was told they were fully booked despite being given the option to choose a room on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors when we checked in. Ultimately after waiting a while longer for the maintenance man to return, my kids and I decided it was not a good sign and gathered our things to leave. When we got to the front desk, I asked to cancel the rest of our stay. They offered to move us but I explained I was already told the hotel was booked up. The gentleman stated they were not fully booked but "almost". I decided to leave regardless. Not a good sign when the room is foul smelling, can't be moved/can be moved, and given misinformation. Very disappointing to have lost the first night's room charge. Not worth the time and effort.

It was clean and the fact that he had Jacuzzi ,pool ,restaurant ,gym and laundry room.

The Jacuzzi was very small. I couldn’t get in because there was a family of around six people, the noise from the car wash next to my window.

Great location for us-close to the freeway great spot

The property was clean. The room was very clean and very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing, a soft and not so soft pillows made it really comfortable. The breakfast was good. Nice variety of breakfast foods to choose from. I didn’t have any, but the waffles looked like they would have been fabulous. I liked this place and would definitely stay there again. We just slept there so didn’t use the pool, but the other guests really seemed to enjoy it.

Bad customer service.

ery bad front desk customer service who over charged my debit card multiple times without my consent. Called the hotel and the same unintelligent desk clerk refused that I couldn’t talk with the manager when I called to make my finally payment. The laundromat ruined two great outfits of mine and the same simple minded front desk clerk told me to call the manufacturer of the washer and dryer about the issue. The oddly unappealing Front desk clerk made my stay horrible.

Worst stay in a hotel in my life

Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever! Never ever booking comfort inn in my life! This particular hotel placed me in a room that had the sewage pipes busted in them, then when i asked them to move me to another room they claimed they didn’t have any rooms while straight up lady in the front was able to find me another room, she had me contact booking.com to get another room… wasted my entire morning while on vacation. Before coming to this hotel I stayed in 3 different hotels in the same area none of them treated me like this! This place deserves one star!

Great stay!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are nice with balconies, the location is great - there is everything nearby, it's very clean, the housekeeping does the great service upon request, breakfast is good with nice Nutella breakfast waffles and plenty of seats, the stuff is polite and helpful, the parking is free and close to the rooms, and the facilities are good too!

Nothing really, just maybe minor things. They put the water stand only after 3pm which I'd prefer to have in the morning too, and they don't serve Nutella and whipped cream for waffles on weekends (only during weekdays or I just missed that).

The staff was really nice and the showers had hot water.

There were knats flying around in the room, that was annoying. Also there was a soccer families with a bunch of little girls there making excessive noise, running up and down the hall continuously and knocking on people doors and running. The staff did not say anything and when mentioned and just said sorry.

We were very pleasantly surprised how nicely the place was updated. It was clean and friendly. They had sliding glass door that you can actually open and sit outside in your room. The breakfast area was nice and big. There was a nice outdoor patio as well. Highly recommend. Great price point too

The beds were super comfortable, and the sheets were so soft! Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was really good.

The curtain didn't close the side completely so a stream of light from the "porch" light would shine onto the head of the bed on the far left. Netflix kept randomly pausing on its own no matter we tried.
