The hotel is in a very central location. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, and the eggs/omelets were fresh cooked at a station. Several restaurants are in the area. It felt safe in the area.

Everything! Breakfast staff was incredible with an amazing spread of food every morning. The courtyard was peaceful, clean, and our favorite place to sit at our bistro set outside our room. Location was perfect as well

The stay is always good, we stay there on a regular basis.

It has a warm spa, good breakfast and close to good restaurants. The bed is good quality and the rooms comfortable.

I am not a fan of their pillows they are too long and fat. It’s like sleeping with a 3 foot person.

Clean quiet, perfect location excellent staff

The place has everything that you need for a vacation, the beach is only five minutes away. You don’t have to take the trolley bus or Uber you could drive. The parking surprisingly was very cheap and right across the street from the beach. I think we spent seven or eight dollars for three hours in parking.

Friendly staff clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Nice lounge area outdoors.

Well the only thing is that we stayed for two of the three nights booked due to a medical emergency. Checked out early in the morning. I had paid in advance. Asked for a credit/ modification for that night and the hotel said we had to contact Booking. Booking says we have to talk to the Hotel. To this date it’s is still unresolved. I have booked hundreds of hotels on booking and have never incurred a fee because I always follow the cancellation/refund policies.

Overall a great stay

Lovely spacious pool and surrounding courtyard area. Large rooms. Easy to get taxis into Laguna Beach area. Social hour is an excellent idea on weeknights.

Pillowcases had some marks on, tap in kitchenette sink wasn't working. These things were minor and did not spoil our stay.

I wanted to check in early, but that would have cost me $30. I think the carpet needs to be updated.

A lovely hotel with the most AMAZING breakfast!!

We LOVED the free breakfast!! It wasn't your typical standard breakfast- the chef would take your orders for eggs and make them wonderfully with a smile - so it was always fresh and tasty! The rest of the items were plentiful and very fresh as well. The back patio was very relaxing to sit while having breakfast.
