    It was clean and equipped with all necessities, including induction plate, iron, refrigerator, microwave. Location wise, it is also good, max 15-20 minutes walk for main attractions including hakata station. If you're looking for an apartment, then it's definitely recommendable.

    Location is just few mins walk from/to the Nakasuwabata train station wherein there were escalators for people who have luggages. We did the pre check-in via following the instructions sent via email then scanned the QR code upon check-in. You will then get the main hotel door access code as well as the hotel room number and room access code. To enter the hotel, you have to enter the main door access code situated on the right side of the main entrance, the hotel door will then open. Before you enter your room, you have to enter the room access code then press ✔️and you will hear a click sound that it then opened. To lock from outside, just press the padlock symbol until you hear the click sound indicating it locked already. We had a triple room which were very spacious for us. There was a regular size fridge, microwave, electric kettle, washer and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a drying feature where you can dry your washed clothes. We went during summer and the AC was functioning well and you can control it. We even had a balcony. The hotel is unmanned so if you need anything, that could be challenging. We had issues with our room lock not being able to get locked from the outside. I emailed the hotel and the staff promptly replied and someone came in to fix the lock while we were away. The lock got fixed when we returned back to the hotel. All in all, this is a great value for money and I could recommend this for family/friends. I would definitely consider this hotel when I return to Fukuoka.

    Check-in was automatic, no front-desk. Instructions were fairly clear. Mattress however not comfortable. Location was in the middle of residential, but we can Uber around Fukuoka. There was a bus stop nearby, walkable but not very near.
