    This is a relatively new property and was a great base for our stay. Being located in the city, the unit is on the smaller side, but the space was used very efficiently and was more than adequate for our needs. With three bunk beds, it could comfortably accommodate 6–7 people, although there were only four of us. Despite its compact size, the apartment had everything we needed, including a private bathroom, toilet, and washing machine. The TV was a little small, but since we hardly used it, it wasn’t an issue at all. The location offers good value for money, being relatively central while still situated in a quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get around, yet peaceful enough to relax after a day of sightseeing. Check-in was very smooth and hassle-free, especially if you complete the pre-check-in process beforehand. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would happily recommend this property to others.

    Room is spacious and clean. Location is quite far though from the city center but not a bit of a problem if you love walking. Cleaning staff were friendly and courteous.

    Room is spacious. Staff is kind—they let me borrow their Japanese number to book a cab because my Philippine number cannot receive the OTP. Cleanliness is top tier. Over-all, I would recommend this to travellers going to Nakasu, Fukuoka. It is not in the city center so environment isn’t loud.

    コスパ立地最高です👍 お風呂もシャワーだけでなく浴槽もありトイレもお風呂と別で良かったです☺️ チェックイン15時にしたらホテルの方がいたのでチェックインもすぐできました。 歩いて10分ぐらいにアンパンマンミュージアムとドンキがあったりGUとかもありました近くに飲食店もあったので全く不便を感じませんでした😊 子供は2段ベッドで喜んでましたまた泊まる機会があったらぜひ泊まりたいです。 ホテル裏のコインパーキングが安かったです。
