    We booked a quad room and the room is clean. A bit small but you get what you pay for. The location is very nice its near bus stops. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

    Location - 2 stops from Kyoto station and 2min walk to the bus stop. Hotel is easy to find. Walking to Gion takes 30min. Room - spacious with comfortable mattress. Room has only 4 hangers. Staff - very helpful and can speak English Hotel gives you voucher for 1 free drink in the evening. Free coffee and tea throughout the day. There is washing machine (400yen) and dryer (100yen for 30min) Breakfast is basic but enough. I couldn't fault anything in this hotel.

    I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kyoto! Everything exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent close to public transportation, restaurants, and many attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. One of the highlights was the lounge. It was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, with a comfortable atmosphere and thoughtful amenities. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!

    Very tight space. If you have 2 luggages, then, you cannot open them together. Doubtful if they are cleaning the room well. There were strands of hair on the floor, dusts on the walls and inside the aircon. Location is close to local busand walking distance to nishiki market.
