For us that we travel for business the invoices and the other payments documents are very important. In Plaza always there is a problem: either the invoices are wrong, or the printer doesn’t work, or there is a problem with the internet. You must look into that because it’s very annoying. Other than that everything is very good

It’s a new hotel, looks fresh and tidy. Decent breakfast. There’s own parking underground. The room is spacious. The room floor wasn’t clean: they don’t seem to wet clean floors.

Very pleasant, large room. The shower has a hand rail - which was very useful. The staff had a reasonable grasp of English - I do not speak Turkish I’m ashamed to say. The food portions for our evening meal were very large!

This was our 4th stay at The Plaza and it never disappoints. The hotel is well appointed with secure parking and staff who genuinely want to provide the best service for their guests. The rooms are modern, spacious and well appointed with an excellent breakfast buffet for all tastes. Highly recommended.

The cost of one night stay is defined as 1810 tl on Hotels.com but they withdrew 1980 tl from my credit card. There’s a contradiction between Hotels.com and what they do. I just wanted to stay there in order to redeem my 2150 tl worth free night and I booked there to redeem my free night. In hotels like Swissotel who are in Hotels.com you don’t experience such things . I think this hotel’s partnership with hotels.com should be called off. Because what they do is simply fraud. Apart from this, it is not a very bad place to sleep but if you want to watch only akp partisan television channels.
