Location was superb!

Room was really dirty. Never experienced that kind of dirt in any other hotel we've been travel to. Windows, mirrors, all of them were well stained. Hotel was a complete disappointment. Breakfast was a let down as well. Lack of imagination and professionalism.

Местополужението е много добро. Цената е добра спрямо качеството.

Преди два месеца бяхме в хотела и бяхме МНОГО доволни .И решихме пак да го посетим . Този път сякаш бяхме в друг хотел . Стаята не беше добре почистена от предните гости. Банята имаше неприятна миризма . Предния тът закуската беше много- по добра ,сега нямаше дори краве масло .

Es war direkt in der City Sehr modernes Gebäude

Der angebotene Parkplatz ging gar nicht Also zugeparkt , schotterplatz kein Licht und das Personal schaute zu beim einquetschen Mussten fast ne std morgens warten bis die 3 Autos die uns zugeparkt haben gefunden wurden und wahrscheinlich aus den Betten geholt wurden

Много добро местоположение. Паркирахме безплатно на улицата. Сравнително добра закуска. Много добър интернет. Служителите бяха вного любезни и много бързо ни обслужваха и съдействието беше много на ниво.

Хотела изглеждаше модерен, но се оказа доста занемарен. В коридорите беше с мокет целия в петна. Стаите са твърде тясни, нямаха никъде гардероб или място за багаж, вместо това две закачалки висяха на една пръчка толкова високо че някой по нисък човек няма как да ги стигне. В едната стая банята беше на ниво 10 в другите две - нищо общо с първата. Бяха с размерите на среден гардероб и всичко вътре беше тотално сбутано.

Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο προς κακό.

Η καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο δεν ήταν αυτή που έπρεπε να είναι. Ήταν σημεία μέσα στο δωμάτιο που ήταν βρώμικα. Το υδρομασάζ που υπήρχε στο δωμάτιο το βάλαμε σε λειτουργία αλλά δε το χρησιμοποιήσαμε γιατί μύριζε παρά πολύ άσχημα, σε σημείο αηδίας. Μυρωδιά βόθρου.

So was darf bei 3-4 sternen hotel nicht sein Beim Buchen

Frühstück war sehr gut. Parking war sehr hilfsreich

Das Bad war sehr schlecht. Man konnte nicht duschen, weil der Abflussblech verbogen halb raus stand( Verletzungsgefahr), duschkopf und brause gleichzeitig gelaufen, man konnte getrennt nicht einstellen. Waschbecken war so dreckig, dass man sich nicht vertraut hat rein zu schauen. Unten bei Siphon hat es auch ausgelaufen. Beim buchen bei booking hatte das hotel 4 sterne, ich habe den Schild vom behörde gesehen, dass das hotel nur 3 sterne hat!

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich im UG. Das Frühstücksbüfett war ausreichend und landestypisch. Aufzug vorhanden. Das WLAN funktionierte eingeschränkt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Im Bad müssten die Duschköpfe erneuert werden, weil Wasser an Stellen austritt, wo es nicht soll.

Отлично местоположение, на минутка пеша от центъра. Безплатен паркинг. Включена закуска в цената. Много любезни собственици. Чай и кафе на бара безплатно.

Закуската може да е по-разнообразна и да се допълват нещата които свършват. Персоналът който почиства има много пропуски, ако мога да се изразя по-приятелски.

Im ganzen ganz gut für ein zwei Nächte ok.

Die Unterkunft ist der zentral gelegen. Sehr modern und anscheinend neu. Frühstück war auch gut. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich.

Dafür das es neu ist pflegen sie das Hotel nicht so gut. In unserem Zimmer war der Duschkopf so verkalkt das es schon an der Verschraubung raus spritze und an die wand mehr Wasser Spritze als aus den düsen, somit war der druck vom Wasser sehr niedrig. Das Brot beim Frühstück war kein typisches türkisches Brot irgendein Weiß Brot was ok wäre wenn man es hätte tosten können.

Preis Leistung war in Ordnung. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben 1 Nacht in dem Hotel geschlafen. Es war in Ordnung. Das Essen im Restaurant oder das Frühstück waren ebenfalls in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Es war in einer guten zentralen Lage. Die Innenstadt kann man in paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

Er was geen koud water aan de kraan en in de douche, de lichten vielen steeds vanzelf uit. De vloeren waren vuil. De lakens stonken, ze waren niet gewassen. Het ontbijt was in de kelder en het eten was daarnaast ook nog eens teleurstellend.

Modern eingerichtet, die Qualität ist natürlich türkisch nicht deutsch 🤷, aber Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage vorhanden und haben funktioniert. Sehr bequeme Betten. Gute Lage, Bar ist unten. Würde wieder kommen.

Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig, aber das ist ja in der Türkei üblich. Neu gemacht und dabei sich große Mühe geben es nicht richtig zu machen 🤷🤷, aber das Hotel ist trotzdem gut!!

Wenn die Geschäftsleitung ihren Auftrag nicht erfüllt

Na ja, freundlicher Empfang. Das große Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Alles sauber und in Ordnung.

Dreimal musste ich vom dritten Stockwerk in den Empfang und darum bitten endlich den Wi-Fi Anschluss zu erhalten. Morgens war mein Fahrzeug auf dem zugewiesenen Privatparkplatz vor dem Eingang von einem anderen Auto blockiert. Die Mitarbeiterin war nicht gewählt dafür besorgt zu sein dass das Auto verschoben wird. Na ja, lieber rauchte sie eine Zigarette. Warum es den Betreiber nicht möglich ist ein funktionierendes WLAN mit einfachem Passwort Zugang einzurichten ist mir unbegreiflich. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Anleitung nichts um sich an das Netz anzuschließen. Beim Empfang sagte man mir dass man mir kein Internet geben kann bis ich sagte dass ich nur so dass sie buchen kann. Komplizierter kann man es nicht machen. In einer Welt wo ich an der Rezeption darum gebeten werde auf booking.com zu buchen erwarte ich dass ich ohne Probleme Zugang zum Internet bekomme. Die Mitarbeiter können nichts dafür. Schade mussten sie meine Ungeduld ertragen. Sie gebührt mehr dem Arbeitgeber.
