Good value for money

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times already. It has a good location, the rooms are clean and spacious and free parking was available.

A/C controls in the room were rather strange, it waits the room to cool down, then overheats it, and so on through the night. Also, breakfast was slightly below expectations compared to the general appearance and star rating of the hotel

Overall it was ok, but for the money I would expect much more.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. They escort us to the room and explained everything in details.

The parking slots were small and you have to sneeze if you want to get off the car. The spa and sauna can't be used by women (in our case in Saturday, not sure why, but simply no for women). The bathroom was not clean.

It needs some renovation and upgrades, especially the baths and the floors in the common areas. Also, the pillows are not comfortable

Location, interior and personnel. The roof rop bar. Room was clean and mini bar with some snacks and coffee was for free. There are also 2 mineral water bottles per day for free. There are pillow options available and you can select your type

The only thing that needs renewal is the shower cabin, as shower is old and some functions not working prolerly as they should, and the wooden platform insude the shower room does not seem to be a hygienic settlememt to me. Except of that eveything else is working fine and up to date.

used furniture, staf is rude - i stay about 25 min in the coffee shop next to reception only to order coffee. i left without it because nobody come to take the order. poor breakfast. my window don’t close well enough and the wind come in the room.

I believe bathroom requires renovation. In my opinion due to old tiles and shower equipment the feeling of cleanliness is not hundred percent felt. rest of the room is very comfortable and looks clean.

Could be better!

Perfect location, directly on the opposite of the Erasta Mall. Very well organized parking lots. Amazing breakfast which was worth the additional costs. Polite staff and well organized checkout. Very comfortable beds.

The bathroom was old, smelled badly and it was very dirty. A lot of hairs everywhere and mold. There is an ashtray in the room and it looks like the smoking is allowed as it was smelly. To smoke in hotel rooms is unacceptable in year 2022.
