Checking-in:
- Very fast self check in counter
- There is no person manning the station (so amazing)
Location:
- Just 5 min walk to Akasaka Station
- Lots of restaurant choices around the area
- 2 near konbinis (711 and Lawson)
- Street is alive at night
- 2 near Don Quijotes (8 min walk)
- Near Ichiran, Gyukatsu and Tenjin malls!
Room:
- Big beds!
- Spacious room with 2 closets
- Complete with bath tub and washing machine
- Feels like Traditional Japanese style home 🏠
Area for Improvement:
- Add coin lockers for luggages
- Add complimentary coffee/tea

마음에 든부분과 들지않은 부분들이 있지만, 가격과 위치등으로 볼때 괜찮은편이었다.

立地は天神・大名エリアでとても良く、部屋のレイアウトも使いやすく快適に過ごせました。多少の使用感は感じる部分もありましたが、滞在する上では特に問題はありませんでした。
無人チェックインの施設のため、一般的なホテルというよりは民泊に近いスタイルと考えて利用するとイメージしやすいと思います。
一点、駐車場については注意が必要です。予約サイトでは「駐車場あり（敷地内）」と記載がありましたが、実際にはホテル専用や提携の駐車場はなく、近隣のコインパーキングを利用する形でした。空き状況に左右されるため、特に休日や祝日は満車で駐車場を探すのに時間がかかる場面もありました。また、出入りのたびに料金が発生する仕組みのため、結果として1日あたり3000円前後、3泊4日では1万円を超える可能性もあり、想定していた利用方法とは異なり不便に感じる場面がありました。
この点については、予約サイト側の表記がもう少し分かりやすくなると、同様の誤解は防げるのではないかと感じています。今後の改善を期待し、必要に応じて消費生活センター等にも相談しながら、より分かりやすい案内になることを望んでいます。
全体としては立地の良さを重視する方には利用しやすい施設だと思います。
