    Location is superb; train station is around 5mins walk (Akasaka) .. a lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby.. Hotel room was okay.. can accommodate family of 6. There are roaches crawling in the wall for 2 consecutive nights… Might need to consider a thorough clean up. Much better if they allocate laundry room for the guests as there’s no washer / dryer in the room. To add, no complimentary bottled water which I believe this is standard for hotels. They replace towels and collect trash with 24hr notice. Can contact CS via email and they respond timely for any concerns. Overall, can still consider staying here for the next trip.
