    Staff were friendly and great. Though they do not make beds daily but they do change out towels + refill of water daily. Fantastic location for shopping (vintage/ thrift/ bigger brands and walking distance to Parco and other Tenjin malls. On the other hand, this location is just a few bus stops away from Ohori Park which was beautiful. Room is a little small but so are most hotel rooms in Japan :') Also, plus point (personally), there's no bathtub and only has a shower (more spacious and less risk of falling IMO). Overall, would come back!

    This is our first time in Fukuoka, and this by far is the best hotel in Japan that we've booked! very conveniently located near Tenjin area. Restaurants, convenience stores and shopping areas just around the corner! The lobby is also a speakeasy bar! Amazing! Hotel staff/bartender/waiter are all friendly and accommodating! The restaurant is always crowded, we didn't get the chance to eat and try out their drinks. The room is a typical of a Japanese hotel, small and cramped but very comfortable and cozy. will definitely go back and book here whenever we are in Fukuoka.

    Hotel seems modern on the outside however rooms are outdated. Management should also consider renovating the elevator as well as the rooms. Stayed here for 3 nights before heading back home and my stay is just okay. If you have luggage and you want to take the elevator, go to akasaka subway exit 6 but remember that it is quite a walk going to the hotel with heavy luggages from this exit. Nearest exit is 5 if you want to take stairs going up.
