Everything was great but the room we stayed in had no electrical plug in the bathroom for hair dryer or curling iron. Other than that staff and facilities were great. Taxis were 70-80 pesos to go into central Bacalar.

Francisco was outstanding providing information about our stay at Zelune also everyone in the staff . I definitely will be coming back to Zelune

This is a serene small hotel with a scenic palapa and deck. Very peaceful and a constant breeze from the lagoon are the best features. You need a car to stay here but its not far to town. We had a power outage due to a downed line and it was hard to be without a fan for 5 hours. They should have a backup generator that works! Thats my only complaint.
