Location is good, near eateries and shopping area. 10 mins walk from Syntagma and 7 mins from Monastiraki train station. It is a safe place with proper gates so no strangers can get in. There's a small basic kitchenette and microwave which was very helpful. Room is comfortable and clean. There's also a small lift (but up to level 3 only).
Cons
This is not a hotel so there is no Reception. It was a bit difficult to find the place at first as it is only a tiny sign at the door.
I was a bit upset that instructions to get in were not sent to me and it took us quite a while to get in as there was no staff on-site. Tea/coffee was only given on the first day. There's a TV but no control but they sent it up on my 3rd night after request.
There's mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Can be noisy at night and early morning when they clear the trash but we were too tired to notice it much.

Service apartment, location is the best, wakable distance to everything. Friendly and responsive staff.
The apartment is next to a bar, gets noisy till 12:30ish. Other than that everything is superb. Would definitely come back.

Incredible value for the size, location, and quality of the space! Close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. I prefer to stay in places that feel more like an apartment than a hotel, and this definitely fits that vibe.
I will say that if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring a white noise machine or something, as the sound from the street is pretty noticeable in the room.
