    The room is comfortable, though a bit smaller than I expect. The staff are very attentive and friendly and the room is clean with reliable hot water and good sleeping environment. The hotel lobby have many toiletries available, including skin care, which is wonderful . It’s about 5 minutes walk to major shopping areas and restaurants.

    As soon as we entered the room, we were hit with a horrible plastic smell. We went to the front desk to report it, but the staff member didn't seem to care or want to understand our issue. They simply replied that the hotel was fully booked at first time. After an awkward 10-second stare-down, the staff finally realized that they need to come upstairs to check the situation. After confirming it in person, they said they would report it to their boss/supervisor. Only after that reporting process did they finally arrange a room change for us. Although they were polite throughout the entire process, their dismissive attitude still left a bad taste in our mouths. On top of that, we found out that room cleaning has to be requested before 10 AM. It's too early for customers like us.

    The hotel kind in the middle of Hakata Station and Canal City. So very easy to go between that two locations. A lot of restaurants and drugstore around it. The staffs are very friendly. I will be back next time
