    Short walk to main shopping area, surround by good food. Room is spacious and clean. Would recommend to others and come again!

    When booking this hotel we asked if early check in was available as our flight arrived early. We were told online through agoda we could pay extra per hour and once a room was cleaned and available we'd be able to check in- we were more than happy to do this. When we turned up we were told the earliest possible check in was 3.. so we had to wait 5 hours! We didn't understand this because if check out is 11am, it doesn't take 4 hours to clean a room for us. The girl was dismissive and not very empathetic when we asked for help and told her we'd been up for lots of hours. Once checked in we had no troubles with the room. We thought the facilities were good, very clean with a comfy bed and nice shower. There was building work going on which was loud. Due to the service we received we wouldn't stay again :(
