We booked the accommodation for the entire night because we were attending a wedding nearby. However, we only intended to use the room for approximately six hours to leave our belongings and prepare for the event.
There were three of us who traveled from Manila, but only one needed time to change into her gown and do her makeup upon check-in at 2:00 PM, as the wedding was scheduled for 3:00 PM. We were hoping to have at least 30 minutes to freshen up and prepare before heading to the venue. None of us intended to stay in the room overnight; we simply needed a convenient place to leave our belongings and get ready for the wedding.
Unfortunately, we were informed that because we were a group of three, we could only stay in the room for 10 minutes, as their policy allows only two people to enter the room. We were also told that exceeding the 10-minute limit, even by just one minute, would result in an additional charge of ₱700.
We tried to explain our situation and even asked if an exception could be made to allow us at least 30 minutes for makeup and preparation. However, our request was denied. In fact, we were already receiving calls asking us to leave as soon as the 10 minutes were up.
We understand that accommodations have their own rules and policies. However, this restriction felt unreasonable and inflexible, especially considering that we had booked and paid for the room for the entire night and only needed a short time to prepare. The additional ₱700 charge for exceeding the limit by even a minute also seemed excessive under the circumstances since we were not staying overnight.
We booked this accommodation for convenience, particularly because we were traveling from Manila for a wedding. Unfortunately, the experience caused us unnecessary stress and inconvenience instead. We believe that policies this strict, especially those involving guest access and additional charges, should be clearly communicated before booking so guests can make an informed decision.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. We hope management will reconsider this policy and adopt a more reasonable and customer-friendly approach, especially for guests with special circumstances. Clear communication and a little flexibility would have made a significant difference in our experience.

Inconvenient to ask inform staff regarding when you’ll go out and whatnot for long staying guests.

Additional fees for everything even utensils are not included in the payment. would definitely not reco for longstaying guests.

It is shown as a hotel when according to the reviews it is a motel or hostel. Did not proceed to go as I intended to bring my family.
