    Forst of all, the hotel doesn’t have enough parking for the guests. We were asked to wait for 2 hours for Mang Inasal Customers to leave so we can park the car. Instead of utilizing our time to at least rest, we were trying to stroll around for more than two hours just to wait for our parking to be available that’s the time Mang Inasal is closed. The staff we spoke to said, there’s nothing i can do. U have to wait. Lol Secondly, there are numerous cockroaches around the room which is really nasty. We tried to be very considerate but our experience is worsening the more we stay in the hotel. Lastly, the lift is not working and we carried our suitcases down from 5th floor. Thankfully we only stayed for 1 night.

    I stayed at this hotel and found the accommodation to be the main drawback. The room was old, with worn furnishings, and the bathroom had a strong smell that was not pleasant. However, the experience was strongly supported by two things: the location is very good and the staff were excellent. If those areas remain a priority, I would consider staying here again.

    The staff were friendly and accommodating but too sad the facility lacks a lot of update. The AC in our room was not getting cold. The toilet bowl’s flash was broken, there was a small cockroach too in the toilet.
