    Nice Hotel to stay due to the location is closer to our Customer (SFA), good choices of foods during breakfast, accommodating staff and quiet place to stay.

    The room was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable—perfect for families traveling with kids. The overall room setup was quite basic, but it was sufficient for our stay. One area for improvement would be housekeeping, as the towels provided during this visit had an unpleasant smell. I also experienced inconsistent service when requesting pool towels. One staff member initially told me none were available, but another staff member was very accommodating and kindly offered to provide towels for us, which I appreciated. I was also a bit disappointed with the early check-in policy. Since this was our second stay at the hotel, I was hoping an early check-in request could have been accommodated as a complimentary gesture, but I was informed there would be a ₱200 charge. Lastly, about 20 minutes before the official check-out time, we received a call reminding us to check out. While I understand the need to manage room turnover, the timing felt somewhat premature and came across as a bit unfriendly. Overall, the room size and family-friendly space were definite positives, and some staff members were genuinely hospitable. However, there are opportunities to improve consistency in service and guest experience.
