    Staff was superb. Breakfast spread was good. Bed quality great. Spacious enough. Never had a problem with parking space. Had to wait in line for breakfast once because it was 830am already. I have only one problem which is an issue for me but maybe not for others. Rain is not my friend. Upon arriving, going down from the car to the lobby, no roof covering. You will get wet. Although there are staff sometimes to help, the convenience is different if there is a roof. Then, our room was on the second floor. Again, going in from the lobby on the way to the second floor, you need umbrella again because there are no covered walkways on the way up. Going to the breakfast area the next morning, we also need to bring umbrella to the breakfast area. Yes, there are golf carts but the breakfast area is so near but no covered walkway to it also. Overall, other than my uncovered walkway dilemma, the rest was okay. Will i stay here again? Maybe if it’s not rainy season.

    Quite disappointed with our stay since I read good reviews from other guests. Rooms were decent, good size, clean. It was raining a lot during our stay and this hotel really cannot be worse for bad weather - you can't even get to your room from the lobby without getting rained on. And no one, no staff, even bothers to lend you an umbrella or help make sure you get to and from the lobby safe and dry. Stairs had puddles of water. I really don't get how people rate the service here as good, no one really even tries. Breakfast was abysmal - would have been slightly better if they bothered to refill items. Literally you need to ask them for everything that's gone at 9am when breakfast is until 10am. The worst part was when I asked for salad greens (bowl was empty) and they gave me lettuce that still had specks of dirt on it. It's just lettuce man, please just wash them first and refill the bowl. How they could even mess that up is beyond me. No one mans the game room or kids playroom. Actually, no staff could be seen other than at the check in desk and outside the main door. We regret choosing this place. There are a lot of better options in Clark, should have done more research.

    My kids very much enjoyed our stay at The Mansion. They even asked if we could go back. There’s a lot of activities for family/kids and all the staff was really nice and very accommodating! The food was also good. We booked the one bedroom villa and there’s more than enough room for a family of 4. It can comfortably fit 6. It was a 2 story villa with 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette and a pull out bed downstairs. The upstairs bathroom has a daybed with I’ll out that my 2 kids used. We LOVE our room and our stay at The Mansion!
