    We've stayed at the new building before and this time around our experience was disappointing. The room was adequate, but the hot water wasn't very hot. The front desk staff that helped us wasn't very friendly. She didn't even acknowledged my wife after she took our id's. The wait for check-in and out took a long time. I had to say something for her to check if we were good to go. We've stayed at Swiss and the Marriott about a few minutes away and the way we were received there were so much more pleasant.
