    We arrived at the hotel 2pm and was advised that they are still cleaning the room since checkin time starts at 3pm. I then approched the staff exactly 3pm and the room was still not available. We were able to check in at aroud 5:40pm. We were very disappointed since we traveled from Laguna and experienced the traffic along NLEX San Simon.

    When we arrived at 4:30pm, our rooms weren't ready at all yet they told us we were not allowed to do late checkout after 12noon and that they'd charge us for additional fees if we did. Talk about double standards when our rooms weren't even readily available when we checked-in way past the check-in time. The rooms and breakfast buffet were decent. What we didn't like was how the staff kept committing but not being able to deliver. To elaborate, we were 2 adults and 1 kid in the room: Day 1: I asked the housekeeping staff and the front desk if they have floor mats for the bathroom since their showers were leaking causing water to overspill outside the shower. They said they had floor towels, hand towels and face towels. So I asked for all of them to be sent to my room. Never came. Day 2: I went to front desk again to request for the same face, hand and floor towels. They said yes, and again never came, except for the bath towels and "one" hand towel. Day 3: Same scenario but I was already pissed off and decided to give up. They just sent 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. I ended up using the hand towels on the floor just to stop the shower's water from overflowing. I would have understood if they were just honest and frank about not having any floor and face towels. Their problem was that they kept telling me they had all those and kept promising they'd sent them to my room. On the good side though, they had the basic facilities avaialable: gym, pool, cafe.
