The pool spa is sooo good. It’s perfect after I run around clark as it soothed my aching muscles. Will definitely go back here.

Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience, especially traveling with two young children. I was carrying my baby while pushing a stroller, but there was no doorman to help us through the closed entrance door. Nobody even greeted or welcomed us. The lobby was also uncomfortably hot, with no air conditioning. At the front desk, three staff members were present, but I stood in front of them for about 10 minutes before anyone assisted me. Despite knowing that I had a baby and a 6year old with me, they assigned us a room on the third floor, even though the hotel has no elevator. When we arrived, there were used plates left outside our room\. Surprisingly, they were still there the following day. I requested a baby cot for my 1 year old, but was told I had to pay for it and still had to wait because none were available. I asked for extra pillows instead, only to be told that each pillow would cost ₱50. Since there was no cot, we had to move the bed against the wall for our baby’s safety. We were shocked to discover how dirty it was underneath and behind the bed. To make matters worse, the bidet was almost falling off, the wall mounted handle was loose, and the air conditioner was leaking water down the wall. Overall, the hotel seriously lacked basic hospitality, cleanliness, maintenance, and consideration for guests traveling with young children.
