    The hotel is fairly average. The service didn’t feel particularly warm or welcoming. Our double-bed room with a garden view was switched to a king-bed room facing the street. Overall, I’d give it a 6.5 out of 10 — for this price, it’s just barely acceptable.

    Overall experience is positive - Room is spacious enough - staff hospitality can be improved - Swimming pool is clean and tidy - Beach water quality is good and neatly maintained- Price is little costly

    The good: the staff are friendly and helpful; the rooms are large and clean. The facilities are well built and maintained. The bad: this is the most stingy hotel I’ve ever been to. They don’t allow the room temperature to drop below 24 degrees despite their staff trying their best to help us lower it. They provide only 2 bath towels per bathroom everyday; they give more upon request but it’s a hassle to request everyday. The bathtub doesn’t have hot water; only the shower does. The mini fridge is also set to room temperature so doesn’t make anything cold. It takes 30-60 minutes to visit the tourist sites so transport costs can add up quickly.
