Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc

A great resort for our time spent in Phu Quoc. Great location right on the beach, as well as plenty of shops, markets, restaurants, cafes just outside the resort. Staff were friendly and accomodation. The buffet breakfast is one of the best! So many options and all very fresh! The facilities were great - multiple pools, kids playroom room, spa, activities, etc The staff were extremely helpful and prompt with any requests as well as being happy to share recommendations!

Great layout hotel, fab pools & awesome beach setting with glorious sunsets every day!!! Good sized room & comfy bed 👍🏼 Staff were wonderful & accommodating. Supermarkets & night market directly opposite the hotel. ❤️❤️❤️

Hotel is not maintained to a high standard & did not meet the expectation as per website. Chipped tiles in the pool. No control of guests walking through the lobby into the lifts dripping wet! No service around the top pool. Sun beds are worn & very uncomfortable. No WC at the beach itself. Towels old & discoloured. No evening entertainment, except for a repetitive 20 mins fire show most nights. Overpriced drinks & extras. Beyond the hotel boundaries very dirty 😫 No bars close to the hotel.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and pools were big and clean

Needs updating and some areas needs some maintenance, pools tiles etc. Breakfast was chaotic with lots of rude and impolite guests. No dusky activities scheduled example yoga, water aerobics, cooking classes etc

Staff at the restaurant speek very little english. It is difficult to communicate! First day I asked if they serve food at the bar and they answerd, no. Then, the next day we found out, that you can order food... so they didn't understood me the first day. The water at the sea was dirty, so you could not see your feet standing in the water. In 7 days we didn't get a chance to lay down on a beach chair. All of them where taken every day!
