9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, we loved the daily Pho & the few new dishes each morning. Well done chef.
Would be nice if we got picked up from the airport. Some hotels offer this complementary. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned. The shower floor can be very slippery, we had to be careful. The fridge is not cold enough.

Great location, spacious, modern, clean room. Great ocean view. The breakfast was lovely and the pool was really nice.

Location was good, close to beach and local amenaties. Hotel was clean and tidy.
Breakfast was poor, although it had a good choice the food was not replenished when certain foods run out. We had to ask reception on three different occassions to have our room cleaned despite leaving the clean my room notice on the door. Bar service at the pool bar was very slow, seemed to be under staffed and staff did not seem to know what they were doing.
