Everything was very good. The staff was exceptionally good and the facilities are also very good. Only thing they needed to improve is to include vegetarian options in the breakfast.

I had a very disappointing experience during my checkout process. Without asking any questions or conducting a proper verification, the reception staff presented me with a bill claiming that a coffee cup and a coffee spoon were missing from my room. The way this was handled made it seem as though I was being held responsible without any evidence or discussion. I was certain that nothing had been broken, damaged, or removed from the room. Therefore, I immediately accompanied the staff to verify the situation. Upon checking, we found the supposedly "missing" cup in the room itself. This clearly indicated that the room had not been properly inspected before the charge was raised against me. What disappointed me most was not the item itself, but the manner in which the situation was handled. Instead of first verifying the facts, the staff simply assumed responsibility on my part and presented a charge. I found this to be both unprofessional and humiliating. The experience left me feeling that my integrity was being questioned unfairly. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and for any concerns to be properly investigated before accusations or charges are made. The incident occurred during my checkout on 8 June 2026 at approximately 1:00 PM. There were two or three female reception staff members and one male staff member present at the front desk at that time. I hope management reviews this incident and provides additional training to the reception team to ensure that future guests are treated more professionally and respectfully.
