An overall comfortable stay. The cafe and bar were amazing but facilities were somewhat limited.

The room size were large compared to other hotels. Room was clean, service was good and food was nice at the lobby cafe. Will definitely consider staying there again.

My second time…it’s great because it’s quiet and not chaotic!

Do not stay here if you value your sleep. The rooms have single-pane windows, it's like you're sleeping outdoors. All rooms are facing a large main road and you hear motorbikes and traffic ALL NIGHT LONG. We asked if we can change to a quieter room, and the reception staff were very unhelpful - they asked multiple times if we had taken a shower in the room already, like that matters because??? They offered no help and acted like it's the first time they get a noise compliant. On the positive side, the hotel is in a business district in good location close to Tokyo Station. They also make great coffee and have a cozy night bar.
