Good is having lift, free parking, check in staff is friendly, breakfast ok. Terrible is the room design. No door for shower, the sink is too near the bed and caused the floor and bed easy get wet when wash hands. The light in room is not enough. Bed height is too high which not suit for elderly to stay.

New large family room with a modern design. Beds are rather hard and bad pillows

We were given a room in the new block which was still undergoing renovation and the room smelt of new paint, which was not so pleasant. The room was very spacious with a separate small room which housed a double bunk bed. However, the room was less than generously provided with amenities such as coffee/tea maker and toiletries. There were rooms in the old block which had greater historical significance but which were not available to us. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant.The food was average and the servers were too busy. However, when we had breakfast the following day, the warm and lovely server Petra provided outstanding service and attended to us readily. Best demonstration of Bavarian hospitality!
