The staff were nice, kind and polite, the room was clean and the location it's convenient to walk to downtown or go to the subway, however They don't have any breakfast options as listed, apparently only on the weekends, the balcony with the beautiful view in the pictures was closed all the time and we didn't have enough bathroom supplies on our first night, so we had to request for it.

The place has a bunch of signs all other the place from the government that is under suspension. There still activity going on. The rooms

Hotel is next the metro station with lots of stalkers, drugs and prostitution. Hotel is always noisy even after quiet hours through 5am. The shower didn’t have hot water and was moldy. They provided dirty and torn up towels and sheets were not cleaned until asked multiple times. They had new people at the front desk that didn’t know what to do and seemed uninterested and always rude. The worst part, you can’t even sleep as there are many bugs including bedbugs that ate us up throughout our stay. They only painted and covered up all the issues to make it seem attractive and appealing. It should be condemned and no one should be allowed to stay here. BEWARE!!!

the area is extremely sketchy and but the train, buses and markets are literally one block away. I just never felt safe in the room although the staff assured me they had cameras set up. None the less, i would be not ever choose this hotel again.

Looks unsafe at night, there are hookers working on the streets, and sketchy looking guys hanging around in the surroundings, the hotel gives a poor building vibe but I think it's intentional which is cool

The hotel is very hip - they have activities on Friday and Saturday nights, which was awesome, and they had amazing food. The staff was great - totally catered to us - can't say enough about how great they were. The location was perfect, right across from metro. Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay in CDMX!!!

And there was human waste on the street… A couple of other guests I spoke with felt equally unsafe.The room itself was fine, however next to reception. The staff were talking loudly at night, I couldn’t sleep. I cancelled the rest of my stay the following day and was promised to receive a refund at reception but ultimately they rejected the request via Expedia.

My room was similar to the pictures advertised. Staff are great! It is tiny for a couple but fine for a solo traveler. Bathroom is like any old NYC or SF apartment, clean, but not sparkly or anything modern. I was fine and liked the retro look but some people may not be. No elevator. But for a comfortable bed, I paid total $21/night and was greeted with a free beer too! Cheers to Beer Hotel!

The hotel itself is very nice, staff are super nice and helpful, breakfast is very tasty and filling and they've tried to make the hotel itself a really unique concept. For it's location being so central in Mexico city it really offers excellent value for money. Transport links are also excellent with a metro station literally a minutes walk from the hotel door. However it's only downfall though is the location, we had various homeless people yelling all night keeping us awake, the street it's based on was normally pretty dirty too. It's a lovely hotel and I did like staying there but it's just not located in a particularly great area. Rooms could also do with a/c (I can only comment on the one we had, no a/c in there not sure if others were the same).

Hotel staff was very friendly and took care of any needs. Breakfast service was very good. Some of the suites (like the one I got) lack and AC unit and it can get pretty cold. Cleanliness was very well taken care of.

I traveled to D.F. alone and stayed in this lovely hotel. Staff was always kind and friendly. The breakfast is lovely and ample and I loved the location. I will definitely stay here again! And highly recommend.

Eventhough almost all the people in the hotel were very kind, the whole experience was uncomfortable and very dissapointing. The first room they gave me was very noisy. Later they gave me another room because there was an important problem in the bathroom. This room was much more quiet, the problem now was that the bathroom was very poorly cleaned and the television was not working properly. The beds were very comfortable and clean, as well as the towels, in both rooms. It was dissapointing taking into account that the hotel is a "beer hotel", that they only have one brand with three styles ... and one night they ran out of one of this. The breakfast was good in general. Altough it is an interesting place to stay, the image on the pictures is better than the reality, and in my opinion its relation price-comfort is untrue.

I would give 3/5 for the hotel itself, and 1 extra for the staff. Facility seems old, not sure if this is for purpose for the beer theme. It takes a long time to get hot water, and the pipe makes noise.

Todo muy bien. La gente que atiende muy atenta y amable. Desayuno de 9. La terraza de 10. Los cuartos de 9... Le falta una poca de inversión en la regaderas. Pero en todo lo demás. Bien! Buena ubicación cerca del metro revolución. El acceso algo feo por los indigentes. Queda claro que volvería.
