    Our stay at Hotel Nava was very disappointing. We arrived around midnight, and the check-in process took an unusually long time. Once we finally got to the room, it was extremely cold and uncomfortable. At 6:00 AM, someone opened our room door, which woke us up and caused serious concern for our safety. This is unacceptable for any hotel. When we checked out before 10:00 AM, we asked the front desk who had entered our room. They ignored our question, dismissed us, and told us we could go without any explanation or apology. This lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking. Between the poor check-in experience, room conditions, the security incident, and how staff handled our concern, we would not recommend this hotel.
