Great location, steps from restaurants and Museo San Carlos. Nice and clean pool with reliable wifi throughout the building. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient, like almost all staff. Exception being the pool’s snack bar waiter, who curtly told me not to drink WATER I brought with me from the room to work there while my room was cleaned. I could understand alcoholic drinks, but water? And mind you, the bottle that is placed as a courtesy daily in your room? I just left, not the vacation experience you’d want to give your customer. Otherwise, would certainly return.
