    Bathroom drain not working, even we call room service come to clean the water still stuck and slowly draining. Parking also not attached with hotel.

    Upon arrival we had a problem with our room booking cause of 3rd party booking but kudos to the Manager she solve it with the right attitude and also to the receptionist Julian we really appreciate your effort guys thank you!

    I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the elevator situation. Only one elevator works, and to reach it you have to climb stairs — there’s no ramp. Traveling with an infant and stroller, this meant lifting everything up and down daily, which was exhausting and not something you expect on a vacation. If this is due to renovation, it should be clearly communicated. The room size is much smaller than it appears in photos. With three people and luggage, it feels cramped and difficult to move around. Several things in the room are also poorly designed — 1. bathroom is very small and the bathtub is tiny, 2. the mini fridge barely opens due to lack of space, 3. The closet is basically useless — there are no proper sections or shelves to organize anything, 4. the work desk is not really usable, and 5. lighting is very limited (only one bedside lamp). Cleanliness was another concern. Sand from the beach was not properly cleaned even after housekeeping, so it stayed in the room. No slippers either. So you walk and sleep with sand. For beach facilities, chairs and towels are provided but you have to carry everything yourself. Nearby hotels offer umbrellas/shade setups, which makes a big difference, especially with a child. Breakfast is also not a proper hotel setup and is handled through the ground-floor restaurant. On the positive side, the front desk staff were helpful, the location is convenient (CVS next door), and the hotel has a nice vibe. Overall, this did not feel like a 4-star experience, especially for a property associated with the Hilton name. I expected a much better level of comfort and functionality.
