    A very well-rounded stay with a convenient location, spacious rooms, and reliable parking. The property was clean throughout, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities met expectations. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is an easy place to recommend.

    I stayed here for 2 nights. My room number is 8612. While the reception staff and bellboys were very friendly and welcoming, the state of the room and facilities is completely unacceptable and requires immediate intervention from management. Here are the critical issues that must be addressed: • Hygiene concerns: The bathroom walls were not properly cleaned and felt unsanitary. • Severe neglect: The room wallpaper is torn up and peeling off, looking entirely worn out. • Damaged property: The bathroom door is badly flaked off and damaged. • Safety hazards: Guest parking is extremely limited, and the outside parking area is pitched dark at night, creating a serious security risk for guests walking to the hotel. Management, you need to act on this immediately. This level of neglect is ruining what could be a great stay supported by your frontline staff. Please do something.
