    I arrived to the hotel, they said it’s self service, their app doesn’t work, people are stuck outside, I contacted their phone with no luck till now. Thankful I found a couple who are staying there that faced the same issue and gave us a number to contact till they answered. Another family was stuck and the number didn’t answer as well. Till now the application isn’t working and the customer service didn’t return my whatsapp. I will never come back again!
