Erbenova Apartments

The location is fantastic! Walking distance to the tram tracks, cafes, and there is a convenience store in the same building block. A relatively central location. The apartment was clean, I didn't see anything unsanitary. The heaters work, they have double windows, a dishwasher, and there is a kitchenette with an oven, kettle, microwave and some dishes. There is a small washing machine for laundry but the only place to dry clothes would be in the bathroom. The apartment was also really sound proof. I couldn't hear any guests in the floors above. The only time you could hear them is when they came in through the main door. There is little to no street noise as the unit is across from a cemetery. The host was very responsive.

The living room doesn't have a sofa. There is an extra bed in the living room instead. This was particularly uncomfortable since after a long day of walking and sightseeing, you have nowhere else to relax other than on the spare bed. We had to use the pillows from the beds to keep our backs from getting sore. Despite the number of beds, there were only two chairs at the table. Half of my family had to sit on the spare bed during meals. It feels like a college dorm. Very minimal and the floor is scuffed. Renovation, more/better furniture, towels, pillows, and kitchen supplies would make it more comfortable.

Good placement, really large, very kind guy at reception,allowed us to stay 1 hr more

no salt no pepper at the kitchen, just a few teabags,also cigarettes smell at some rooms,one of the bedsheets was a little messy

Nice location and a nice spacious apartment

Any little raise of a voice after 22:30you have some security guys knock at your door and ask you to be quiet , i also had to pay 50 euros for having a guest over after 22:30. Kitchen could have some more knives and tools and renew the pots and pans that look absolutely terrible
