The hotel is located in a very good location and the staff are very friendly especially Tommy and Elsa.

Staff are very very friendly & service oriented. Location is perfect; all interesting places are working distance. Breakfast is reasonable. I will book this hotel again for my next visit.

Pros: 1. The location is excellent. As soon as you step outside the hotel, you'll find plenty of spas, restaurants, convenience stores, and it's also within walking distance of the shopping street. 2. We paid for a large room since we were traveling as a family with kids. The beds were spacious, and there were two sofas that could also be used for sleeping. One of the rooms even had a separate living area, which made our stay much more comfortable. 3. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room nice and cold. 4. The hot water system was excellent. The water heater provided consistently hot water. 5. The Wi-Fi occasionally disconnected, but overall it was still reliable enough. 6. Their marketing team was responsive and easy to communicate with through email. Cons: 1. The bathroom design is accident-prone, especially since it's quite small and cramped. 2. Considering the room rates aren't exactly cheap, I was surprised that they charge guests for the laundry bag if it's taken. I've stayed in many hotels in different countries, and this is the first time I've encountered this. If guests are expected to put their dirty clothes in the laundry bag, do they reuse it afterward? Besides, laundry bags also serve as free advertising for the hotel when guests carry them outside. 3. During checkout, the reception tried to charge us again for our airport pickup even though we had already paid for it during check-in. It shouldn't have been difficult to verify the payment. Their airport transfer is also overpriced—about three times the normal cost. I recommend just using Grab from the airport since it's very easy and much cheaper. 4. The room only had a chiller instead of a proper refrigerator. This was important for us because we like buying food to keep in our room, and I'm also a nursing mom who needed to store expressed breast milk. The chiller was already packed with items they were selling, leaving almost no space for guests. I had to remove their products and place them on top of the chiller just to make room. Unfortunately, housekeeping didn't check carefully afterward and later tried to charge us for those items even though we never consumed them. We don't even drink sparkling water. 5. Housekeeping needs improvement. Almost every day we returned to our room, they had forgotten something, including a cleaning rag that looked like an old piece of clothing. When I called someone to remove it, the staff member entered our bedroom without taking off their shoes. The daily room cleaning was also not thorough. 6. I asked if I could store my expressed breast milk in their kitchen freezer, and they agreed. Unfortunately, it wasn't stored properly, and they returned it to me already thawed. As a breastfeeding mother, that was very disappointing. 7. I think one reason they have such high ratings on booking platforms is because guests are asked to leave a review immediately during checkout, which feels quite pressured. Overall: I've stayed in many hotels across different countries, and for me, this hotel's service was just average. It wasn't particularly memorable, and the facilities weren't outstanding either. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its excellent location.
