Great place for our first night in Japan. The walk from the subway to our hotel was great! So many neat things to see along the way.
The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. There is a small breakfast of a small cup of soup and a small bun, which was very good. Coffee is also good and available near the check in desk.

The hotel is located in a reasonably convenient and walkable location considering the price. The room is quite small for a family of five like us (more suitable to just 4 people). The air conditioning is centrally controlled by the hotel and is way too warm. The staff either offer you a tiny fan or ask you to open your own window to let the cold air in. The lady staff at check-in was really unfriendly and not helpful at all, but the rest of the staff throughout the remaining three days were nice and very helpful.

Very Clean property, great staff, small breakfast items included daily. It's in a superb area, dining everywhere, 24 hour laundry close by even though the hotel has one laundry machine onsite. 7 Eleven right around the corner. Very quiet at night/overnight except the delivery workers that start super early in the morning. Late night, wild areas, drinking area within walking distance!
