I was pleasantly surprised when I first saw my room. I had stayed at Akasaka Urban Hotel months ago (I believe they're related and I recommend that hotel too) so I had an idea of what to expect. The room was spotless. The bathroom was slightly bigger than the hotel I was staying in Shinjuku I was transferring from (much more expensive). It was so clean, I thought it was a brand new installation. There's very little street noise because the hotel is just off a "main street" where it becomes quieter. All 3 major combinis are just around the block. The subway station is very close and direct. It's also a major hub of train lines without the hectic nature like Shibuya/Shinjuku/Tokyo stations. Ginza is so close, you wind up walking to your hotel from the heart of Ginza (15 min walk feels like 10 mins). Cleanliness, convenience, staff, etc. This place is a no-brainer booking. I'd choose this place again over anywhere in Ginza easily.

The room was tidy and clean, good for short term travel, as it has not much space for large luggage, location was good with 6-8 minutes of walk from Shimbashi JR station, many nice shop for food even at late night

The location is gold. Right outside of the Yokohama train station. The Yokohama station itself is huge so still expect a walk.
Service is fast and efficient. No issues AT ALL. Laundry is available when I want.

Pretty general Japanese style hotel. Clean, simple, and small. However, unlike other Japanese hotels, I could leave my luggage with opening. Not fancy but good for travelers who want to take public transportation. Shimbashi is a good location for many metro line and you can walk to Ginza in 5-10 minutes. Also, there are many good local style restaurants.
