My husband and I booked 2 nights and lovely quiet street , only 10 mins walk to tube station with few different lines to downtown and lots of option to different restaurants and bars in the area , loved the Izakaya right under the bridge of the train station. Lovely breakfast in the morning and staff are professional and friendly. The shower have a nice option for massage the back which is very relaxing.
The room was very small , no wardrobe to put our clothes and very little space around the bed to open our luggage, tanks that we had only small luggages which was fine for us.

The location was great (near Tokyo station). The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The room is very small and thus convenient for solo travellers or for a lay-over, perhaps less for a long stay.
