Location very good, 5min walking distance from Gautrain, Mandela Square just opposite the hotel, go through from their indoor carpark building with bright light at night. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is pretty standard.

Location was great, about 3 min walk from the Gautrain station, which itself is 20 mins from OR Tambo airport. Literally steps away was the Nelson Mandela Square and Sandton City shopping malls. Staff helped me resolve an issue with my air-con quickly. Breakfast was decent too. There's also a small common area downstairs where sports channels are usually on tv, I watched the Champions League final there. The only thing I don't like is that the smell of the fabric softener on the linen was very strong. If you have sensitive allergies, take note

The location is undoubtedly the hotel’s strongest asset, literally on Sandton’s doorstep, which makes it very convenient. However, the room was extremely small, and the facilities were fairly basic. The furniture appeared worn and inexpensive, and the chair in the room was particularly uncomfortable, making it difficult to sit and work comfortably. I also experienced ongoing issues with Uber pickups as metered taxis were stationed outside the Sandton entrance, and it was unclear why the hotel could not better facilitate or guarantee smooth pickups for guests. Overall, the location is ideal, but the room comfort, facilities, and guest logistics could be significantly improved.
