    After an I'll timed power outage we checked in to this hotel for a warm comfortable stay. It certainly took care of our needs and we were very satisfied. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

    Should not advertise as a 4 star. Bathrooms had NO hot water over the period of the 2 days, TV was not functioning, I was told maintenance people are not around to check the TV. There were no teabags in room, and when I requested a tea bag, receptio n told me its R40 for each tea bag! Had a rather disappointing stay there

    The hotel is not bad but restaurant is a disaster. Dirty cutlery,limited options, cold food,table setup not great for family, ended up sitting in different tables.
