    Their front desk is not friendly and could hardly speak English.For the price they are charging.When we checked in a guy named wade was in charge,we were asking some questions,his face was like frowning and he even couldn't speak English.I have been a frequent visitor of this hotel but very disappointed with his attitude.Service needs improvement now.Unlike before.

    We stayed one night and wanted to stay a second night. The amenities were good. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I found Taipei in August to be quite pricey for hotels so this was one of the lostest prices we found and it was very good compared to other options.

    Any hotel's primary mission should be to provide a comfortable stay, it doesn't have to be luxury, buy must be clean, with properly working air conditioning. Filters must be changed to maintain health, I had problems here with the air conditioning system, where the air isn't clean, and had to change rooms, and that made it better. I don't think a clean environmentals is optional, in any rating of hotel, it should be basic, even if it's 2 star. and this was suppose to be 5 star, disappointing, should have done better, but location is convenient, close to subway, not sure I'd come back for another stay though
