I had one of the best experiences during my stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant.
Although I encountered a small issue during my stay, a staff member named Ilayda assisted me promptly and professionally, resolving the matter without any inconvenience. Her helpful attitude truly made a difference.
The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, and the pool facilities were also well-maintained.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Elite Hotel Istanbul for one night, and I honestly cannot express how grateful I am for the wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, every member of the reception and front of house team was so welcoming, kind and professional. They truly made me feel valued and looked after.
The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless and has a real luxury holiday feel. The spa was absolutely amazing and added to such a relaxing stay. Every part of the experience exceeded my expectations.
I am so disappointed that I forgot to note down the names of the reception and front of house staff because they genuinely deserve to be recognised. I was absolutely exhausted from surgery when i arrived and they made me feel so looked after. They were exceptional and are a real credit to the hotel.
Thank you all so much for your kindness and hospitality. I will always remember my stay and would not hesitate to recommend Elite Hotel Istanbul to anyone visiting the city. I hope to return again one day!
