Room was kept clean, as was the rest of the building. Access to the restaurant and bar was great. The hotel itself was also nearby lots of other places that was nice for our stay, such as other restaurants, the bus stop, grocery store and the beach.
It was a nice place to stay away from the busyness of Edinburgh, but still access the city through a 20-30 minute but ride.
Only negative was the mattress wasn't in amazing condition

Clean, modern rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant staff.
No secure parking for motorcycles although the manager did try to organise a solution. We did , unfortunately pick a stay when a function was on and the noise from the guests below (around the stairwell) was loud.
Some you win, some you lose!

Super hotel, close to the harbour & beach. Rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. This is our second visit here, would definitely recommend.
