Friendly & thoughtful staff location great for Edinburgh and mussleburgh races Lovely spacious rooms and very clean Plenty of wardrobe space Unusual breakfast area but it worked very well

Location good for the town centre and racecourse. Staff excellent and food in the restaurant very good.

Nothing to dislike about the property. Bus can take a while to Edinburgh during rush hour but still a great property

Great beds - we both had a great night sleep. Also lovely large shower with plenty of hot water. Nice touches like bottled water & delicious treats. They didn't last long.
Great room with facilities. Found the room a little warm, but it had been a warm day. Entrance to accommodation a little awkward off the street and up a large set of stairs - not sure how people with mobility issues would cope with the access. Would have liked tea/coffee making in the room, but breakfast area well equipped.
