A nicely decorated hotel, certainly not luxury but lovely. My room wasn't great, no balcony as advertised, the view was another wall and smell coming in from the restaurant downstairs.
Despite it all, the real luxury in this hotel are the people working there, everyone, from the porter to the reception guys to the breakfast lady, were so nice and considerate that made my stay the best I could have. I felt safe and taken care of, which is something you want when solo travelling. Thanks Royal Victoria!

Staff is nice, room is basic. Not the cleanest, but it is fine for a night stay. It is close to the airport and in the middle of the capital
