    My husband and I arrived quite early, around 10:30 AM, hoping to check in. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready yet, but the staff kindly offered to store our luggage and took our contact details so they could let us know when the room was available. About an hour later, I received a call from the reception saying our room was ready. When we returned to the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to find that they had upgraded our room to a premium room! We really appreciated the thoughtful service and how smoothly everything was handled. Thank you so much for making our stay extra special. We’d definitely love to come back again!

    Had to travel to Brisbane Childrens Hospital and this hotel ended up being right across the road but still with river, staff was lovely and accomodating to our needs, we even had a free upgrade upon checking in.
